Meditation and yoga have been used for thousands of years to tune into the body and access / align with the inner self. Merriam Webster dictionary says the emotional and spiritual part of someone. She’s taking meditation classes to get in touch with her inner self. You want to know what all this is to start your journey, as I said, it is not pass time.
